Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- sliced carrots - 2 pkg
- small onion - 1 item
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make carrot casserole:
Cook carrots until soft. Saute onion and butter. Add flour, milk, seasoning and cheese. Add carrots; put in a casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
