  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • sliced carrots - 2 pkg
  • small onion - 1 item
  • celery salt - 1/4 tsp

How to make carrot casserole:

Cook carrots until soft. Saute onion and butter. Add flour, milk, seasoning and cheese. Add carrots; put in a casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
