Ingredients/Components
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cumin
- beef bouillon - 2 cans
- can red kidney beans, undrained - 1 oz
- chopped green chilies, undrained - 2 cans
How to make chili:
Brown ground beef in large pot. Drain. Add onions and garlic. Then add green chilies, seasonings, tomato paste, broth/bouillon and beans. Bring to a boil; lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
