  • eggs, beaten - 8 item
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • jar sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
  • sausage, browned and drained - 2 lb
  • box seasoned croutons - 1 item

How to make breakfast hash:

Layer first 4 items in a 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish. Combine last 4 items and pour over first 4. Bake 60 minutes at 325°. Recipe can be cut in half without losing taste or texture.
