Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 8 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- jar sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
- sausage, browned and drained - 2 lb
- box seasoned croutons - 1 item
How to make breakfast hash:
Layer first 4 items in a 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish. Combine last 4 items and pour over first 4. Bake 60 minutes at 325°. Recipe can be cut in half without losing taste or texture.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, One Dish meal.
