Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- cans pinto beans - 3 oz
- large can tomato sauce - 1 item
How to make chili:
Cook the pinto beans (canned or fresh); simmer. Brown ground beef and onion; drain all fat off, then add ground beef and onion to pinto beans. Pour tomato sauce over, stirring real good, then add chili powder. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
