Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce
- chili powder - 5 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- cloves garlic, mashed - 2 item
- ground chuck
- cans stewed tomatoes - 2 item
- cans kidney beans, drained - 2 item
- can tomato sauce, if needed - 1 item
How to make chili:
Brown onions and garlic in a small amount of oil. Add ground chuck and brown. Add Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper; stir well. Add stewed tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Add beans the last 10 minutes of cooking.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
