Chile rellenos casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- grated Monterey Jack cheese - 3/4 1
- cans whole green chiles - 2 oz
How to make chile rellenos casserole:
Slice chiles lengthwise. Layer half of the chiles in an 8-inch casserole, greased. Top with half the cheese. Repeat this layering with remaining chiles and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chile mixture. Sprinkle top of casserole with paprika. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
