Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- pork chops - 6 item
- medium baking potatoes - 4 item
- medium onion, sliced in rings - 1 item
How to make pork chops and potatoes:
Peel potatoes, slice and place in lightly buttered baking dish. Place onion rings over potatoes and add bell pepper. Spread soup over vegetables and add milk, salt and pepper. Season pork chops and place on top of mixture in dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Yields 3 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, One Dish meal.
