Peanut butter cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- Bring to boil
How to make peanut butter cake:
Mix together margarine, water, peanut butter and oil in a large pan. Bring to boil. Take off heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Pour into well-greased and floured pan (10 x 15-inches or 9 x 13-inches). Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in 10 x 15-inch pan at 350°. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350°.Frosting:1 stick margarine1/2 c. milk1/2 c. peanut butter1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar Cook margarine, milk and peanut butter over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
