  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • sliced green onions - 4 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • medium potatoes - 4 item

How to make potatoes romanoff:

Cook potatoes in jackets until tender. Peel and shred. Combine potatoes, sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Put in buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 8. May be assembled early and refrigerated (add 10 minutes to baking time).
