Potatoes romanoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- sliced green onions - 4 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- medium potatoes - 4 item
How to make potatoes romanoff:
Cook potatoes in jackets until tender. Peel and shred. Combine potatoes, sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Put in buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 8. May be assembled early and refrigerated (add 10 minutes to baking time).Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
