Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- oil for frying - 1 item
- Bring water and sugar to boil
How to make chicken with sweet and sour sauce:
Make sauce before starting chicken. Bring water and sugar to boil. Cook 1 minute. Add vinegar. Cook 1 minute more. Meanwhile, blend cornstarch and soy sauce with a little cold water to make a paste. Stir in to thicken sauce.Chicken:1 chicken, boiled1 beaten egg salt and pepper oil for frying To prepare chicken, cook; roll in beaten egg, salt and pepper and then cornstarch.
