Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- sage - 1/4 tsp
- cooked diced chicken - 4 c
- spaghetti noodles - 12 oz
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
- canned chopped mushrooms - 8 oz
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Saute mushrooms in butter and pour into a large mixing bowl. Add seasonings, cooked chicken, soup and sour cream. Mix well. Cook spaghetti noodles; drain and place in a buttered baking dish. Top with chicken mixture and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
