Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- dry vermouth - 1/4 c
- diced, cooked chicken or turkey - 2 c
- small onion, minced - 1/2 item
- can diced pimento - 1 oz
- Parmesan cheese, divided - 4 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese, divided
- green pepper, cut in thin slivers - 1/4 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook and drain spaghetti. Combine 1 1/4 cups of Cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and all remaining ingredients. Toss with the spaghetti. Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with reserved cheeses. Cook, covered, for 45 minutes at 35Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
