Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- paprika - 1 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- whole chicken or chicken breasts - 1 item
- whole onion optional - 1 item
- butter, cut up into mixture - 1 Tbsp
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Boil chicken about 45 minutes to an hour. Remove from bone. Precook noodles. Take at 9 x 11-inch casserole dish and butter it. Mix all ingredients together, except cheese and paprika. Pour half of the mixture into the casserole dish. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Then add other half of mixture. Top with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 350° for half an hour, covered.
