Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- pimentos - 2 oz
- Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
- jar mushrooms, sliced - 6 oz
- chicken, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces - 3 4
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Saute celery, onion and green pepper until crisp-tender; do not brown. Add soups, Cheez Whiz, mushrooms and pimentos. Mix until well blended. Add chicken pieces and noodles. Pour into three-quart casserole. Sprinkle grated Cheddar on top. Bake at 350° until center begins to bubble.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
