Ingredients/Components
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- can apricot halves - 1 oz
- pieces of chicken - 8 item
- bottle Russian dressing with or without honey - 1/2 oz
How to make apricot chicken:
Arrange chicken, single layer, in an 8 x 10-inch baking dish. Mix soup mix and dressing and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. Garnish chicken with apricot half on each piece. Serve with rice.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
