Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- dry sherry optional - 2 Tbsp
- green bell pepper, diced - 1/3 c
- 3 1/2 c - 6 oz
- cooked chicken, cut in 1-inch cubes about 2 c - 12 oz
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Heat oven to 375°. Generously grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Mix undiluted soup, milk and sherry in a large bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese, and toss gently to mix. Turn into prepared dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
