  • butter - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 c
  • spaghetti noodles - 1 pkg
  • celery, chopped - 1/2 c
  • chicken stock - 3 c
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • cooked chicken, chopped - 4 c

How to make chicken tetrazzini:

Saute pepper, celery and onions in butter until tender. Stir in chicken and mushroom soup. Cook spaghetti in chicken stock until tender. Mix cooked spaghetti with chicken mixture. Place in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
