Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- shoyu - 1/2 c
- oyster sauce - 1/4 c
- Chinese 5 spice - 1/4 1/2
- box chicken thighs - 1 lb
- can frozen concentrated guava - 1 oz
How to make guava chicken:
Cut chicken thighs in half. Cut slits in meat. Marinate in sauce overnight, turning occasionally. Cook over charcoal or in oven at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken thigh & leg.
