Chicken supreme
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 1 c
- curry powder - 1/4 tsp
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 3/4 tsp
- instant minced onion - 1/2 tsp
- large chicken breasts, cut in halves lengthwise or 6 small chicken breasts - 3 item
How to make chicken supreme:
Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt. Dash with paprika. Place in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Add wine, onion, curry powder and pepper. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Uncover and bake 45 minutes until tender. Remove chicken to a warm serving platter.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
