  • flour
  • water - 1/4 c
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • paprika - 1 item
  • curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
  • seasoned salt - 3/4 tsp
  • can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
  • instant minced onion - 1/2 tsp
  • Sauterne - 1/4 c

How to make chicken breast supreme:

Gravy:2 Tbsp. flour1/4 c. water1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained Sprinkle chicken with salt and paprika (for even fewer calories, remove skin). Place in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Dissolve chicken bouillon in boiling water; add wine, minced onion, curry powder and pepper. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil; bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 45 minutes longer. Remove chicken from pan. Keep warm.

Sauce: Blend flour and water in saucepan. Slowly stir in chicken juices and boil until thickens. Pour over chicken. Can be served with rice.
