Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 4 qt
- stalks celery - 2 item
- peppercorns - 10 item
- bay leaves - 2 item
- cut up chicken - 3 4
- medium onions, quartered - 2 item
How to make chicken stock:
Place chicken in pot and cover with water. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 2 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove from heat. Skim off foam.
