Greek lemon soup
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- chicken stock - 5 c
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- juice of one lemon - 1 item
- salt and white pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make greek lemon soup:
Heat chicken stock in saucepan. Add rice, cover and simmer until rice is cooked. In a bowl, beat eggs and lemon juice together. Add 1/2 cup hot stock, one tablespoon at a time, to the egg and lemon mixture, stirring constantly. Pour into chicken stock.Recipe categories: Low fat, Soups & stews.
