Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 3/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
- whole chicken - 1 item
- jar chopped pimentos - 1 oz
- can black olives - 1 oz
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook chicken until tender. Bone and chop. Strain chicken broth. Cook spaghetti in stock until tender. Drain and reserve the stock.Saute onion and celery in margarine in skillet until brown. Mix in flour. Add soup, garlic salt, 1 cup reserved stock, pimentos, olives, chicken and spaghetti. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into large baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
