Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 2 c
- chicken - 3 lb
- long spaghetti - 1 pkg
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- small cans LeSueur English peas undrained - 2 item
- can Ro-Tel peppers and tomatoes, chopped undrained - 1 item
- small jars pimento, chopped - 2 item
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Simmer chicken until tender; cool, debone and save broth. Saute peppers and onions in margarine until tender. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth until broth is absorbed. Mix together onions, peppers, peas, Ro-Tel, pimento and chopped chicken. Add 2 cups cubed Velveeta cheese and all other ingredients; heat slowly until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Chicken, Spaghetti, Whole chicken.
