Chicken saltimbocca
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- sage - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
- slices ham - 4 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- deboned chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make chicken saltimbocca:
You will need toothpicks. Mix together the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; set aside. Gently pound chicken to flatten. Place 1 slice each of ham and cheese on chicken. Put pinch of sage on each. Roll up; secure with toothpick. Dip in margarine;Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
