  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • sage - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
  • slices ham - 4 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • deboned chicken breasts - 4 item

How to make chicken saltimbocca:

You will need toothpicks. Mix together the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; set aside. Gently pound chicken to flatten. Place 1 slice each of ham and cheese on chicken. Put pinch of sage on each. Roll up; secure with toothpick. Dip in margarine;
