Chicken saltimbocca
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- rubbed sage - 1/4 tsp
- Marsala wine - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts, boned and halved - 3 item
- thin slices Prosciutto - 6 item
How to make chicken saltimbocca:
Flatten chicken breasts. Rub with sage. Top each with Prosciutto; secure with toothpicks. Dust with flour. In skillet brown with butter. Add wine; bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
