Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 5 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1 item
- beaten egg - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- slices Swiss cheese - 6 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 6 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 item
- slices ham - 6 item
- chicken breasts - 6 item
- chicken stock
- Place in broiler pan, seam side up
How to make chicken cordon bleu:
Dip rolls in mixture. Place in broiler pan, seam side up. Top with small amount of melted butter. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake at 300° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.Sauce:5 Tbsp. butter5 Tbsp. flour3/4 c. milk2 1/2 c. chicken stock salt and pepper1 c. sour cream Melt butter. Add flour, salt and pepper.
