Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- cooked, diced chicken - 2 c
- can mixed vegetables, drained - 1 oz
- 9-inch frozen pie crusts, thawed - 2 item
- egg, slightly beaten optional - 1 item
- each cans cream of potato soup - 2 3/4
How to make chicken pot pie:
Combine the first 6 ingredients. Spoon into prepared pie crust. Cover with top crust; crimp edges to seal. Slit top crust and brush with egg, if desired. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Casseroles, One Dish meal, Savory pies.
