Chicken and stuffing bake
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped carrots - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 tsp
- box chicken flavored stuffing mix - 1 oz
How to make chicken and stuffing bake:
Heat oven to 400°. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Do not let stand. Add the chopped carrots, celery and onion. Spoon stuffing across the center of a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Place 3 pieces of chicken on either side of stuffing. Combine soup, milk and parsley; pour over chicken. Cover with foil; bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir sauce.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
