- margarine - 1/2 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- can mushrooms - 4 oz
- chicken stock - 4 c
- can peas, drained - 1 item
- clove minced garlic - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and diced - 1 (4
- spaghetti, boiled and drained - 16 oz
How to make chicken spaghetti casserole:
Saute onions, celery, garlic and mushrooms in margarine until soft. Add flour and stir until well blended. Add chicken stock slowly and stir until thickened.
