Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- can corn, drained - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 item
- can green beans, drained - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- mild Cheddar cheese - 1 1/2
How to make vegetable casserole:
Butter sides of casserole dish. Pour vegetable mixture into dish. Mix 1 cup cracker crumbs with 3/4 cup butter. Sprinkle over mixture and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
