  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • plain flour - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1/2 item
  • cooked chicken, diced
  • fat-free mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • can LeSueur peas, drained - 1 item
  • can refrigerated quick crescent rolls - 1 oz

How to make chicken pot pie:

Combine mayonnaise, flour, chicken broth, pepper, salt and milk. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. After mixture is thick, add chicken, peas and corn; heat thoroughly. Spoon mixture into 8-inch baking dish, sprayed with Pam. Keep warm. Unroll crescent rolls into 2 rectangles. Place rectangles over chicken mixture to form complete crust. Press perforations together to seal. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, or until crust is browned.
