Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- cup chopped parsley - 1 item
- cup butter - 1/4 item
- cup olive oil - 1/4 item
- skinned and boned chicken breast halves - 8 item
- cup marsala wine - 1/4 item
How to make chicken piccata:
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dip chicken into flour and coat. Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Brown chicken slowly on both sides until cooked. Remove to warmed platter. Stir lemon juice and wine in pan with drippings to deglaze. Stir thoroughly to loosen all pieces. Spoon over chicken.
