Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- slices of bacon - 4 item
- large boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- cup chopped green chiles - 1/2 item
- cup feta cheese - 1/2 item
How to make stuffed chicken breasts:
Mix softened cream cheese with green chiles and feta cheese. Pound the chicken breasts as thin as you can. Spread cream cheese mixture and roll the breasts. Wrap bacon around the breasts and secure with a tooth pick. Place in a 9x12 baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 4.
