Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- hot pepper sauce - 1/4 tsp
- cans Italian style stewed tomatoes - 2 1/2
- half chicken breasts, skinned and boned - 4 item
How to make chicken parmesan:
Bake chicken at 425°, covered, for 15 minutes. Drain. Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and pepper sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened. Pour over chicken. Top with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
