Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- boned chicken breasts - 6 item
- light sherry - 3/4 c
How to make chicken parisienne:
Arrange chicken in a baking pan. Place onion slices and sliced mushrooms over the chicken. Mix soup, sour cream and sherry with a whisk; spread over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes at 400°. Serve with rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
