Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- plain flour - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chicken broth - 4 c
- cottage cheese - 4 c
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 8 oz
- cubed cooked chicken - 5 c
- egg noodles - 12 oz
How to make chicken lasagne:
Cook egg noodles according to package; set aside. Melt butter. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and basil; cook until smooth. Slowly add broth; stir until sauce is thick and bubbly. Stir in chicken; set aside. In separate bowl, combine cottage cheeseRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Lasagna.
