Vegetable pilaf
Ingredients/Components
- 4 oz - 1 c
- jar diced pimiento, drained - 1 oz
- each pkg - 1 oz
- Durkee French fried onions
- cooked white rice 1 c - 3 c
- each can cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup - 1 3/4
How to make vegetable pilaf:
Combine rice, soups, cheese and pimiento; stir well and set aside. Combine spinach, broccoli and 1 cup French fried onions. Spread 1/2 cooked rice mixture in 8 x 12-inch dish. Top with vegetable mixture, then rest of rice mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
