- small curd cottage cheese - 1 lb

- Mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced - 1 pkg
- cooked chicken may substitute canned chunk chicken if in a hurry
- jar garden-style spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
How to make chicken lasagna:
Simmer salt, pepper, onion, garlic cloves, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and tomato paste for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
