Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- frozen broccoli spears - 20 oz
- lasagna noodles for 3 layers
- Parmesan/Pecurino cheese - 1 item
How to make chicken lasagna:
Poach chicken breasts, skin, cut into pieces. Place soups, sour cream, cream cheese and salt in saucepan. Heat and stir until smooth. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Place a layer of thawed and drained broccoli; cover with 1/3 of the cream sauce, some chicken pieces and noodles. Repeat for 3 layers. Top with grated Parmesan or Pecurino cheese.
