- butter or oleo - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- chicken pieces - 1 (2
- poultry seasoning optional - 1 tsp
How to make oven fried chicken:
Melt butter in shallow roasting pan. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, poultry seasoning and oregano. Coat chicken with flour mixture in plastic or paper bag. Place chicken, skin-side down, in pan. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes. Turn chicken; sprinkle with parsley.
