Ingredients/Components
- butter - 4 tsp
- melted butter - 5 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano
- chopped parsley - 1 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- Jack cheese - 4 oz
- to 2 chicken breasts per person - 1 item
How to make chicken kiev:
Place breasts between waxed paper; pound until 1/4-inch thick. In pie pan, combine the next 5 ingredients. In bowl, mix butter, parsley and 1/2 teaspoon oregano. Spread mixture onto breasts.
