- butter - 1 Tbsp
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- onion - 1/4 c
- raw rice - 1/2 c
- can chunk chicken - 1 oz
- shredded process cheese - 1 c
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Cook onion in butter until tender. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, mix onion, chunk chicken, chicken broth, shredded cheese and rice. Cover; bake at 375° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
