- sour cream - 1 pt
- salsa - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- flour tortillas - 1 doz
- guacamole - 1 item
- grated Longhorn cheese - 1 lb
- small can diced green chilies - 1 item
- grated Jack cheese - 1 lb
- small cans sliced black olives - 2 item
- chicken breasts, cut into pieces - 7 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Combine sour cream, soup, small can of sliced black olives and the diced chilies. Put a spoonful of the mixture, grated cheese and chicken on a tortilla. Roll up and put into a pan. Pour remaining sour cream mixture over tortillas. Top with grated cheRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
