Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- Minute rice - 2 c
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
- 1/2 cans water - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Combine rice, soups and water. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with the chicken breasts (skinned). Salt, pepper and butter the chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
