Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- chicken
- mushrooms - 1 item
- can pineapple chunks - 1 item
- green peppers - 1 item
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- cherry tomatoes - 1 item
How to make chicken kabobs:
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. When cool add chicken cut up in chunks and marinate for at least 2 hours before cooking. Better if overnight. After the chicken is ready put your meat, fruit and vegetables on the stick and grill.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
