Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
  • pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 item
  • melted oleo - 3 Tbsp
  • cooked chicken, chopped - 2 c
  • can crescent rolls 8 - 1 item
  • celery, chopped rather small - 1/2 c

How to make crescent chicken squares:

Cook chicken, large fryer, and debone; chop. Mix all ingredients, except stuffing mix, butter and rolls. Unroll crescent rolls. Put 2 triangles together to make 4 squares. Put chicken mixture in center; pull up corner. Pinch together. Dip in melted butter. Roll in stuffing mix. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
