Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- paprika - 1 item
- almonds, slivered - 1 item
- small jar dried beef - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup or chicken soup - 2 3/4
- whole fryer breasts, halved and boned - 6 item
How to make rolled chicken breasts:
Roll one slice of dried beef inside each breast half and secure with a toothpick. Place in a shallow baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream well and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and almonds. Bake for 4 hours at 275°, uncovered. Serve with rice. Suitable for freezing.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
