Chicken kabobs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- seasoned salt - 1/4 tsp
- mushrooms - 1/2 lb
- onion, minced - 2 Tbsp
- water chestnuts - 8 oz
- boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks - 2 item
How to make chicken kabobs:
Melt butter; add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion, lemon juice and seasoned salt. Saute about 3 to 4 minutes and remove from heat. Alternate on skewers the chicken, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Brush with butter mixture and broil 3 to 5 minutes per side, turning often. Roll in Parmesan cheese when done.
