Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- white wine - 1/2 c
- Grand Marnier liqueur - 1 item
- chicken broth optional - 1 c
- lemon, sliced thin - 1 item
- chicken cutlets - 1 lb
How to make chicken francesa:
Cut chicken into thin cutlets. Soak in milk for 10 minutes. Mix bread crumbs, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Cover each slice of cutlet with bread crumbs.
